Eugene
Record Garden(1030 Willamette St.). Lots of CDs, Tshirts, Rare import stuff. They've got a small selection of Ska. Haven't really checked out their punk stuff, but I imagine they have some and probably some Oi bands too. -cschatz@gladstone.uoregon.edu
Record Garden Annex(1340 Willamette St.). Tons of vinyl (usually have some good imports and picture disks), used CDs, and posters. (I recommend both of these, especially when looking for hard to find items. -cschatz@gladstone.uoregon.edu
Green Noise(468 Willamette St.). Records, tapes, CDs and comics. Advert says they have Punk, Noise, Pop and Garage band music. They do have a little bit o' ska in there, too. -cschatz@gladstone.uoregon.edu
WOW Hall(291 W 8th Ave.). This is the only all ages concert hall in Eugene. We only get ska bands like once every 3 months or so. Usually there's at least 1 punk show per month, sometimes more. -cschatz@gladstone.uoregon.edu

Portland
Another State of Mind(222 W Burnside). The advert says "Hardcore, punk, ska, gothic T-Shirts, Posters, Stickers, Cosmetics, Jewerly." I haven't made it up there yet so I don't know how good it is. -cschatz@gladstone.uoregon.edu
