- Cafe Liberty(Central Sq.) is run by a total ska freak- he's a member of
the Boston Stranglers Scooter club, goes to every remotely ska show in town, and is quite
the rude boy (he's only 22). It's also a great place to hang, being just across the
street from three very good clubs that frequently feature ska (most of the good shows in
Boston area are at one of 'em). The atmosphere is great, the food is good, and there are
about five computers with web browsers, etc. hooked up for customers to use for a small
fee. It's a very good place. -Rintrah@village.com
- The Middle East (Mass. Ave.). They
have all kinds of bands there. They have mostly punk bands play there. They
have bands like Blanks 77 and Casualties and stuff. They have a lot of ska
too. There are two bars on ech side. The upstairs is a restauraunt and the
downstairs is where the music is. The downstairs is kinda small but it's a lot
of fun. It can be all ages, 21+, or 18+. It is fun though. -Spikes55x@aol.com
